LivingSpace Dunedin is due to open November 2007. When complete it will offer 118 Studio rooms and 10 dedicated Hotel Rooms over 4 floors. Located at 192 Castle Street, the ground floor will have a reception and foyer with a lift and stairs to upper floors. Secure under cover parking is located at the rear with access off Castle Street.
